currently, i rather donate to Singapore Buddhist Free Clinic, the World Vision Child Sponsor thingie and many ah pek and ah mm collecting cans and cardboards around my neighbourhood, not forgetting the monks around my neighbourhood too. the Chinese monks are a lil' suspicious thou' but i donate $2 at most, those Cambodian, Sri Lankan, and Thai monks, i would buy vegeterian food plus drinks and the accept them all the same, some times topping up with $5 to $10, depending on the amount of cash i carry. =p

will try to explain goonily KARMA...like very simple...like very vast...like very mystic..and like very blur...haahaa..;9)
KARMA IS THE COSMIC LAW OF CAUSE AND EFFECT...
u reap what u sow...it can happen (effect) immediately after ur action (sow)..
eg. i ate something wrong (sow, action) - effect : i sure will lau sai!
sometime the cause (sowing part) is so deep, the harvest reaped is so evil, it may have to take a few lifetimes to cancel it off...
similarly, if the cause is a very good cause, then again it takes many lifetimes for the sower to enjoy the fortunate effect...which explains why some are born rich...and others born poor...
some dun even need to work...and live life richly and fully...
while others slog and slog their whole life time...and still barely make a living...
sad isn't it?....well blame it on what they sowed in their past life....
and when one's rich without lifting a finger...again credit that to what good causes they sowed in their past life...
but be reminded....when one's basking in his good fortune...it can change again with a flick of an eye....cos if his next action is an evil which he sowed...the effect could happen faster than he thinks.....
so grasp ur inner compassion...be kind...be good...be generous...be merciful....be magnanminous...be forgiving....and surely the good fortune that u experience now will definitely continue into the next or even the next next life time...

Why bad karma can be carried over to next life. They should be paid in this life. Why punish the person in the next life. That person will not know who he was in his previous life or what bad/good karma he had done. ornitoufou... san cai san cai.
